Qualifications
To get started, you must meet all of these basic in-home Care Companion
requirements.
We're intentional about pay
Pay exceeds industry norms
We carefully screen and select all of our in-home Care Companions, so we know you are the best of the best. This means starting pay will never fall below $15/hour
Financial freedom
You can always increase your earnings based on your availability, competencies such as foreign language fluency and certifications, and bonuses for maintaining high ratings consistently.
Flexible schedule
